The MCM expo is fast approaching again, this weekend will see cos-players from all over the country come to the Excel center for another fun-filled weekend of anime, manga, comics and of course video games.
The first No More Heroes was a Nintendo Wii game I fell in love with. The protagonist was funny, awkward and weirdly relatable in a tale to defeat the greatest assassins in Santa Destroy in the hopes of getting laid with his beam katana that could only be charged by shaking it in a manner reminiscent of a teenager’s favourite pastime.
There are only so many ways you can make a racing game. You have the arcade racers, like Mario kart and burnout; and then you have the more ‘realistic’ titles such as Gran Truismo. Blur seems to be taking a little from both. Well, more like half Mario kart half and half GT. You have a range of popular car models with their particular strengths and weaknesses battling it out on a track, but with power ups not dissimilar to [...]

Ever since Streets Of Rage on the Sega Megadrive, I have always had a soft spot for games were you progress through the level by beating the seven shades of crazy out of your enemies with your bare fists, or whatever weapons you happen to find lying around. I am also a big fan of manga and anime. Weather it be a Death Note, Bleach, Cowboy Bebop, you name [...]
This Friday I will possibly be giggling like a school girl and running round in circles excitedly. Why? Well because, the Plus XP team will start turning up in London for an awesome weekend at the MCM Expo at the Excel.
