After at least four alternative time-lines, a new DeLorean, and two instances of horse manure, Telltale Games’ Back To The Future series reaches episode three. Marty McFly finds himself in a lot of trouble when he crash lands into another alternative 1986 and a giant billboard calmly explaining that “We have everything under control”. Ironic words considering the DeLorean is halfway through the billboard, Hill Valley has turned into an Orwellian nightmare, and Marty’s girlfriend Jennifer is a punk rock [...]

One of my favourite trilogies in the history of making three of things has to undoubtedly be the Back to the Future series. Incredible writing is pitched with fantastic humour and one of the best takes on the concept of Time Travel I’ve witnessed in popular media. The adventures of Doc Brown and Marty McFly are some of the greatest around, but never before have they had a video game that you could be proud to call part of the [...]

So here it is. The final part to the latest season of Telltale Games’ Sam and Max. Does it succeed? Read on and find out!

My love of TelltaleGames has been repeatedly well documented. From their origins in reviving the Sam and Max series from Lucasarts Games after the cancellation of Full Throttle 2 and Sam and Max: Freelance Police, they have since gone on to thrive. Between new series of Sam and Max, episode game series such as Strong Bad’s Cool Game For Attractive People (based off the popular Homestar Runner series), Wallace and Gromit, and last year’s phenomenal Tales of Monkey Island, Telltale [...]

Telltale Games are one of my favourite developers this generation, providing Point-and-Click lovers like me with a chance to relive one of the greatest genres of gaming of the 90′s. I may have started off gaming with Nintendo, but the thing that started off my love for PC Gaming was undeniably the Monkey Island series, as my dad had both the first games on CD, as well as some of the old Sierra ‘Quest’ games on floppy disks. Regardless, Monkey [...]
